He always dedicated his entire life for this dream, now to his new project and products. Please refer to News section.

Kohshyu was born and raised in Chiba, near Tokyo. He has two sisters. His father always wished to raise him with a mind of IRON so he never allowed him to cry ever.

Kohshyu has always been challenging minded and active. When he was 5 years old, all of the sudden he expressed a deep love of martial arts to his parents. Later on when he was only 10, he made up his mind to become an actor, who can express himself with great action skills and work of the art to the world.

By the age 14, Kohshyu was the youngest student chosen from 100 other students to study in a professional acting school. He took on intensive studies in stage acting, screen acting, comedy, singing, sword fighting, dancing (all styles) and stunts (including gymnastics, motorcycle riding, scuba diving, high diving, horse-back riding, etc.) in addition to maintaining a part time job. After 2 more grueling annual tests (dropping 100 from the 200 student body each time), he was accepted into one of Japan's top media agencies, JAC, at it's golden time, and was understudy to many famous actors, working with directors, producers, writers, and promoters on many hit television shows and theatre productions in Japan.

Kohshyu has been continuously involved in the film industry since he was a teenager, and also attended a lot of tournaments. His professional training with adults started at age 14.

At age 23, he made a decision to come to Hollywood with ambition and perseverance in hopes of becoming a Hollywood movie star! In 1993 -after coming to the USA and his first time being in a foreign country- Kohshyu started from scratch, independently. Shortly, he managed to graduate from Theatre of Arts School and entered the entertainment industry as a stunt artist. An example of one of his great accomplishments is Kohshyu being the stunt coordinator of Power Rangers Live show -cross over America-, which he conveyed it to perfection.

Almost as soon as he arrived in the United States ten years ago, Kohshyu was introduced to Inosanto Academy of Martial Arts, Bruce Lee's best friend Danny Inosanto, Jeet Kun Do. Since, he has met and worked with friends and supporters such as George Barris (Batmobile, Kustom Kara King), Gerald Okimura, (Mortal Kombat, Showdown in Little Tokyo) and Matthew Earl Jones (Producer, Star War affiliate).

Kohshyu Yoshida is a member of many Martial Arts Clubs and Dojos in his hometown of Los Angeles, and works with organizations creating new opportunities for the children of Los Angeles. He has contributed to many action films and stage productions as a Stunt Coordinator, Stunt Performer, and Action Star in the Entertainment Industry throughout United States and Canada.
